WHAT can be returned?
All items can be returned if the buyer has recieved the wrong product, colour or size from which the buyer ordered. Items can be also returned if there is a visable manufature fault or it has arrived to them broken due to transport.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If you are wanting to return a product it must be returned within 7 days of the purchased date. If for some reason you feel the item may not be recieved by us within this time frame please contact us direct via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Tim Mutimer on 0427213166 and explain any issue that may effect the time frame arrival of your returned item.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items that the buyer wishes to return must be sent back direct to Bigyellatime. If you purchased our products from a tackle store please send the faulty item direct to Bigyellatime.
HOW do customers return items?
Customers who wish to return a product can do so by any postage or shipping means that suits the buyer.
As long as the product is recieved by us the refund, replacement or credit will be honoured.
SHIPPING for returns?
Returns are at customers expense for shipping the return back to Bigyellatime.
Once your return is recieved by us a replacement item will be shipped back to the buyer at our expense, unless the buyer chooses to be store credited or refunded for the purchesed item.
CREDIT or REPLACEMENT for returns?
Customers have options to how they wish to be re embersed for their returned items. If you have recieved the wrong item, colour or size your item will be replaced with correct item.
If your item is damaged or a production fault is visible you can have it replaced, store credit or a full refund upon return of the item.
All items need to be in orginal un broken packaging for returns if the item sent to buyer was wrong product, colour or size. If the buyer is returning a damaged or manufacture fault item packaging is not an issue, just send it back to Bigyellatime as you recieved it.
